摘 要:在目前全面推进生态文明建设的背景下,"绿色"发展理念和"碳中和"的设计理念将日益深入人心。我国大学校园的建筑存量大,大学校园既有建筑绿色改造具有重要的现实节能减排意义和生态文明教育推广作用。针对夏热冬暖地区的地域和气候特点,结合实际的高校建筑绿色改造项目,从遮阳隔热、通风、水循环、复合绿化与资源利用等方面建构系统性的高校既有建筑绿色改造设计策略,为解决大学校园建筑的能耗问题和提升校园建筑的环境性能提供思路。In a context where the ecological development is beingpromoted in an all-around manner, the "Green" development concept and "Carbon-neutral" design concept will be increasingly accepted by the people. As there is a huge stock of university buildings in China, the green improvement of such buildings would be of great realistic significance in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction and enhance the ecological awareness, in view of the geographical and climatic characteristics of the areas of hot summer and warm winter and based on green improvement practices of university buildings, we aim to establish a systematic green improvement design strategy covering sun-shading thermal insulation, ventilation, water circulation, composite greening and resource utilization, so as to offer some thoughts for tackling the energy issues and enhancing the environmental performance of the university buildings.
