摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者选择输液港植入信息认知与心理体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院2015年4—6月植入输液港患者12例进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料。结果通过访谈归纳出5个主题,包括肿瘤患者输液港植入的信息需求、获取信息的途径、置港前后的担心与顾虑、信息需求满足程度、后续使用和维护的体验和感受。结论护士应重视肿瘤患者植入输液港信息认知状况,提供输液港专业信息及渠道,分阶段、有计划地给予相应专业指导和心理支持,满足患者的个性化信息需求,确保有效的医护患沟通。Objective To investigate the information cognition and experiences in cancer patients with implantable access port. Methods From April to June 2015, 12 patients with implantable access port in Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected. The phenomenological method of qualitative research and semi-structured interviews were used to perform in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi＇s seven-step phenomenological analysis method. Results Five topics were extracted through the interviews, including information needs, access to information, worry and apprehension, satisfaction of information needs, and experiences and feelings of subsequent operation and maintenance. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to the information needs and cognition in cancer patients with implantable access port, and provide professional consults, guidance and psychological support.
