摘 要:针对准则权重不完全确定,方案准则值为区间直觉模糊数的多准则决策问题,提出一种基于前景理论的双向投影决策方法.首先,给出一个考虑犹豫度的区间记分函数;其次,以零点为参考点计算各准则下的综合前景值;然后,利用定义的方案和理想点以及临界点形成的向量表达方式,建立双向投影测度方法,构建并求解基于方案区间投影总偏差最小的非线性规划模型,并结合最大熵原理获得准则权重;接着,利用所提出的基于两个方向区间贴近度公式对各方案进行排序;最后,通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.Studying the multiple criteria decision-making problem where criteria values are interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number and the information of criteria weights is incompletely unknown. A bidirectional projection method based on the prospect theory is proposed. Firstly, an interval score function is defined. Secondly, the prospect decision-making matrix is constructed by calculating the prospect value of each alternative, which uses the zero as the reference point. Then, an optimization model, in which the goal of the sum of variance is based on minimizing, is established to obtain the criteria weights via defining the vectors of an alternative and an ideal(critical) alternative. Furthermore, a relative closeness degree formula based on the alternatives is presented in order to rank the alternatives. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
