摘　　要：提供了一种改进薄壁球墨铸铁件侧面法兰缩松的工艺方法，主要是在壳体铸件侧面法兰处增加了侧冒口，改进后的工艺方法有效地解决了侧面法兰缩松缺陷，使生产的壳体铸件质量更加稳定，提高了产品的工艺出品率，降低了产品生产的成本。This article provides a process to improve the shrinkage porosity of lateral lfange of thin-wall ductile iron castings mainly by adding a side riser to the lateral lfange of casing castings. The improved process has effectively solved the problem of shrinkage porosity of lateral flange, further stabilized the quality of casing castings, increased the technical yield of products and cut the cost of production.
