Correlation Between Porosity Characteristics and Cold Crushing Strength of Forsterite Porous Materials Based on Grey System Theory

摘  要:用NaCl作熔盐介质制备镁橄榄石质多孔材料,用灰色系统理论研究了在不同NaCl含量(30%、40%、50%和60%)以及不同烧成温度(1000、1050、1100和1150℃)下材料的气孔特性与耐压强度的关联性。结果表明:相同烧成温度、不同熔盐含量时,多孔材料的耐压强度与材料内部气孔孔径在4.6~46um范围内的数量关联度最大;不同烧成温度、相同熔盐含量时,孔径分布在46-84um之间的气孔数量对多孔材料的耐压强度关联度最大。Forsterite porous materials were prepared with NaC1 as a molten salt medium. The correlation between the pore characteristics and cold crushing strength of the materials at different NaC1 contents (i.e., 30%-60%) and firing temperatures (i.e., 1 000-1 150℃) was investigated based on the gray system theory. The results show that the grey relational degree between the cold crushing strength and the pore size distribution of 4.6-46.0um is greater than that between the cold crushing strength and the other pore size distributions when the samples are sintered at 1 100℃ at different NaC1 contents. And, the correlation coefficient between the cold crushing strength and the pore size distribution of 46.0-84.0 um is the greatest when the samples with the same content of NaC1 are sintered at different temperatures.
