摘　　要：介绍了高强高导铜合金制备方法的研究热点,以及不同强化机制对合金性能的影响,展望了高强高导铜合金及其制备技术的发展趋势。The research hotspots on preparation methods of high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys were presented. And the influences of strength mechanisms on the properties of the alloys were introduced. The development tendency and preparation technology on high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys were forecasted.
