摘  要:采用单激光焊、激光-填丝焊、激光-MIG焊对TC4钛合金进行焊接,对比各焊接工艺下组织性能差异。结果表明:3种焊接方法的焊缝组织都主要为α′+β网篮状组织,热影响区为α′+β相分布于α相间,激光-MIG焊相对于单激光、激光填丝焊焊缝网篮状组织尺寸较大,分布规则、连续,热影响区α′+β相比例较高。对3种接头进行力学性能测试,所得到的焊缝的强度均要高于母材,激光-MIG焊缝的硬度、抗拉强度最低,不同焊接方法抗弯强度无明显变化。By welding TC4 alloy by single laser welding, laser- filler wire welding, and laser-MIG welding, the differences between the microstructure and properties under various welding processes were compared. The results show that: the weld structures created by three welding methods are mainly α′+β basket-weave structures; and the heat affected zone is that phase α′+β distributes in phase α with regular and continuous heat affected zone and higher α′+β phase proportion in heat affected zone. The size of welded joint basket-weave structure of laser-MIG welding is larger than that of the single laser welding and laser- filler wire welding. After carrying out mechanical properties testing on the three kinds of joints, it is found that all the weld strengths obtained are higher than that of the base metal. The hardness and tensile strength for laser-MIG welding are the lowest. There is no obvious change of flexure strength of weld structure made by different welding methods.
