摘  要:针对镁合金AZ31B,选取氧化物Al_2O_3、氯化物CdCl_2、氟化物AlF_3为活性剂进行活性焊接试验。通过涂覆不同活性剂后,分别采用5 mm板材表面堆焊和2 mm板对接焊试验分析其对焊缝熔深、表面形貌和焊接接头微观组织及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,堆焊试验中所选活性剂对焊缝表面成型影响各不相同,但均能增加焊缝熔深,其中CdCl_2效果最好;对接焊试验中,活性焊接头强度与普通TIG焊相当,所有拉伸试件均在热影响区断裂;焊接接头仍然为混合断裂方式。On account of magnesium alloy AZ31B, selecting oxide, chloride and fluoride as the fluxes, A-TIG welding test was carried out. After coated with different fluxes, 5mm Surfacing welding and 2mm butt welding test were used respectively to study infwence of the fluxes works on the weld penetration, surface morphology, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint. The results show that the fluxes selected in surfacing welding experiment have totally different effects on weld surface molding, but all the weld penetration increases, of which CdCl2 works best. In butt welding experiment, active welding head strength is equivalent to ordinary TIG welding, and all the tensile specimens crack in heat affected zone. The welded joint is still mixed fracture.
