摘  要:针对冷凝器、热管等热交换器使用的小直径、超长钢-铜包覆管的技术特征,提出了三辊连续减径轧制生产新工艺。结合两种金属固有特性、金属塑性变形理论、三辊连轧技术等,详细制定了包覆管前处理、装配、加热、连续轧制以及热处理方案;通过有限元模拟和试验研究,对其连轧过程中的金属流动规律、管材内径、外径、壁厚变化进行了比较和分析,并测试了包覆管的结合强度。结果证明用该工艺生产超长小直径钢-铜包覆管是可行的。Aiming at technical characteristics of condenser and heat pipe heat exchanger using steel-copper clad tube with small diameter and super length, a new technology ( three roll reducing continuous rolling ) was proposed. Combined with inherent characteristic of two kinds of metal, plastic deformation theory and three-roller rolling technology, pre-processing, assembly, heating, continuous rolling and heat treatment scheme of the clad tube was minutely constituted. Through the finite element simulation and test research,the flow law of metal, change of internal and external diameter, as well as wall thickness of clad tube during continuous rolling process were compared and analyzed. And bonding strength of the clad tube was measured. The results verify that this producing method is feasible to produce steel-copper clad tube with small diameter and super length.
