摘　　要：重点分析了键合丝材生产过程中拉丝模具缺陷的类型,以及其对键合丝材表面质量的影响。并从拉丝模具管理、润滑剂和键合丝材表面质量控制等方面提出了减缓模具磨损、延长其使用寿命的措施。The types of drawing die defects and their influence on the surface quality of bonding wire were mainly analyzed in the production process. And from the management of drawing dies, lubricant and the surface quality control of bonding wire, the measures of reducing the wear of dies and prolonging its service life were presented.
