摘 要:针对中厚度碳素钢板内直角焊缝在现有埋弧焊机上不容易焊接的问题,设计了中厚板材内直角焊接机的结构,并对埋弧焊接机的控制系统进行了重点研究。根据自动焊接机控制任务,完成了控制系统的硬件设计。系统采用三菱FX系列PLC及伺服电机、触摸屏等组成的控制系统,能够实现内直角焊缝焊接焊枪位移的精确控制。设计了PLC的软件程序,给出了设计流程。最后讨论了CPU对焊枪头在直线焊缝处和转角焊缝处的位置判断,并给出了PLC程序。The existing problem was that the carbon steel inner right angle seam with middle thickness was not easy to weld in submerged arc welding machine. The structure of plate material inner right angle welding machine was designed. The control systems of the machine was studied. The hardware of the control system was designed based on the control task of automatic welding machine. The system used Mitsubishi FX series PLC and servo motors and other components to achieve precise control of inner displacement right angle weld torch. PLC software program was designed, finally, the weld torch position was judged and the PLC program was given.
