摘　　要：稀土氧化物RO_x由于特殊的结构而成为弥散强化铜基复合材料最理想的强化相之一,稀土氧化物弥散强化铜基复合材料Cu-RO_x优良的性能使其具有广阔的应用。然而Cu-RO_x的制备异常困难;本文综述了这方面的研究进展。Rare earth oxides ROx with special structure arc one of the best strengthening phase for the dispersion strengthened Cu-base composite. Rare earth oxides dispersion strengthened Cu-based composite Cu-ROx have vast application due to its best properties. However, the manufactrue of Cu-ROx is very difficult; the research progress in this aspect is reviewed in the paper.
