摘  要:进行了在纯铁和重轨钢中添加稀土金属Ce的试验,并对铈和磷的聚集状态在扫描电镜下进行分析。结果表明:对于纯铁含Ce试样,生成的夹杂物主要是铈磷化物,主要富集在晶界上;对于加稀土铈的重轨钢试样,生成的夹杂物主要是氧化铈和磷酸铈,铈元素都偏聚在晶界上或晶界附近;稀土铈会使珠光体发生球化现象,珠光体间距增大,钢的力学性能下降。The experiment of the addition of rare earth metal Ce in pure iron and in heavy rail steel was carried on. The aggregation state of cerium and phosphorus were studied by SEM. The results show that, in pure iron with Ce, the main inclusion such as cerium phosphide is generated, which is easy to enrich on the grain boundary; in heavy rail steel with Ce, the inclusion is mainly composed of cerium oxide and cerium phosphate, and cerium element segregates in the vicinity of the grain boundary or on the grain boundary position. The rare earth cerium makes pearlite generate ball phenomenon, pearlite spacing increase, then, the mechanical properties of the steel decrease.
