摘  要:通过失效分析、金相观察和力学性能检测等手段对两种典型滚丝轮的质量和失效断口进行分析,从选材、组织和机加工质量等方面找出了滚丝轮失效的主要原因。结果表明,材料的硬度、抗弯强度、碳化物形态及机加工质量对滚丝轮使用寿命都有重要影响;提出了硬度和抗弯强度是影响滚丝轮寿命的关键性能,这为国产滚丝轮改善质量和提高寿命提供了技术依据。The quality and failure fracture of two kinds of typical thread rolling dies was analyzed by failure analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical properties testing. The reasons for leading to the failure of thread rolling dies were analyzed in the field of material selection, microstructure and machining quality. The results show that the hardness and bending strength of material, the morphologies and phase structure of carbides and the quality of the machining are the key factors for affecting the service life of thread rolling dies; and the hardness and bending strength are the key properties of affecting the servicelife, which can provide necessary technical basis for the quality improvement and life improvement of domestic thread rolling dies.
