摘　　要：通过对多台故障车的分析,并结合理论设计与实物状态的确认,分别从车门限位器前期异响源和后期异响源为主要切入点,确认了车门限位器异响问题的整改方向和措施,最终通过具体的整改实施将异响问题彻底解决。通过FTA流程图的制作,对限位器异响问题的排查方法和要素进行了总结,为其它车型的类似问题提供了方法支持。Through multiple analysis of fault car and the physical state of the theoretical design, Confirmed the corrective measures and direction for the noise problem of door stopper with making the early noise root and late noise root as the main entry point. Finally, the noise problem of door stopper would completely solved through specific rectification. In this paper, through the production of FTA flow chart, the door stopper noise problem of the investigation method and elements are summarized, for other models of similar problems to provide the support method.
