摘 要:目的探讨普通超声和聚焦超声的溶栓效应及其联合尿激酶溶栓的协同作用。方法应用1 mL人体血液体外制备血凝块,将血凝块按不同作用方式分为6组:生理盐水组(NS组)、尿激酶组(UK组)、超声组(US组)、聚焦超声组(HIFU组)、超声联合尿激酶组(US+UK组)、聚焦超声联合尿激酶组(HIFU+UK组)。比较各组的溶栓率。结果 US组、HIFU组与NS组比较,US组与HIFU组比较溶栓率无统计学差异(P>0.05);US+UK组、HIFU+UK组与UK组比较,US+UK组与HIFU+UK组比较溶栓率均显著增高(P<0.01);且US+UK组溶栓率高于HIFU+UK组(P<0.05)。结论超声与聚焦超声单独作用于血凝块时,溶栓率无显著增高,联合尿激酶则溶栓作用显著增强。超声及聚焦超声能够提高尿激酶的药物溶栓作用。Objective To evaluate the ability of ultrasound and focused ultrasound in the treatment thrombolysis,and explore their effect combined with urokinase. Methods Clots were formed by placing 1 mL of human blood in vitro. The clots were divided into six group accord to different intervention:normal saline group(NS),clots treated with urokinase(UK)group,clots treated with ultrasound(US)group,clots treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)group,clots treated with ultrasound combined urokinase(US+UK)group,clots treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound combined urokinase(HIFU+UK)group. The thrombolysis rate was recorded,calculated and compared. Results Compare to the NS group,the thrombolysis rate of the US group and HIFU group showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). Compared to the UK group,the thrombolysis rate was increase significantly in both US+UK and HIFU+UK group(P〈0.01). The thrombolysis rate in US+UK group is greater than HIFU+UK group(P〈0.05). Conclusion When ultrasound and high-intensity focused ultrasound act alone on the clots,there was no significant difference of the thrombolytic rate;the combined application of urokinase significantly enhanced the thrombolysis. Ultrasound and high-intensity focused ultrasound can improve the thrombolytic effect of urokinase.
