摘 要:制备了已经发生碱-硅反应(ASR)并已膨胀的砂浆试件,将其在Al(NO_3)_3溶液中浸泡一段时间后,再次放入80℃、1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中养护。研究了Al^(3+)对试件膨胀的阻止作用,并利用SEM和EDS分析了浆体与骨料交界面处产物的形貌及化学成分。结果表明:Al^(3+)对正在发生的ASR膨胀有明显的阻止效果,其机理可能是Al^(3+)使碱-硅酸凝胶向沸石类矿物转化。The mortar bars in which alkali -silica reaction (ASR) and expansion due to ASR had taken place were prepared, and put them in Al( NO3 ) 3 solution for a period of time, and cured in 80 ℃ 1 mol/L NaOH solution again.The suppressing effect of Al3+ on ex- pansion due to ASR was investigated, the morphology of ASR products between the paste and aggregates was observed with SEM, and the chemical composition of ASR products was tested by EDS. The results show that ASR expansion which is going on is suppressed re- markably, and the mechanism maybe is that Al3+ makes the alkali - silica gel change to zeolite - like minerals.
