摘  要:采用水平盘管的方式测试C70自密实混凝土在超长泵送管道中的工作性和黏度的变化,并监测管道沿程压力变化,目的为了测试水平模拟参数转化为超高层垂直泵送系统。研究结果表明:C70自密实混凝土经过水平1 590 m管道泵送前后,其坍落扩展度损失12 cm,V型漏斗时间减小3 s,含气量增加几乎一倍;塑性黏度降低82%,屈服应力增加86%,水平管道平均压降为0.012 MPa/m,90R1弯管平均压降为0.020 MPa/m。The objective of this study is to investigate the variation of workability and viscosity of C70 self- compacting concrete in su- per long pumping pipe through horizontal coil experiment, monitoring change of pressure along the pipeline and to transfer horizontal simulation parameters into super high - rise vertical pumping system.The investigation showed that slump loss of C70 self - compacting concrete was 12 cm, V funnel time reduced 3 s, air content increase almost doubled after 1 590 m horizontal pipe pump. Moreover, plas- tic viscosity reduced by 82%, the yield stress increased by 82%, the average horizontal pipeline pressure drop was 0.012 MPa/m, and 90 R1 bend average pressure drop was 0.020 MPa/m.
