摘　　要：FS102防水密实剂是一种可以提高混凝土密实性、抗渗性、减少混凝土早期收缩、能有效控制混凝土裂缝的混凝土改良外加剂。以龙湾写意居住小区一期地库工程为依托,研发大面积地下车库后浇带设置技术,通过掺加FS102防水密实剂扩大后浇带的设置间距,减少结构渗漏水的薄弱部位,提高地库结构的施工质量。试验测试研究了不同掺量FS102防水密实剂对混凝土的各项力学性能及抗渗等级的影响。结果表明,掺加防水密实剂对混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量、劈拉强度、轴压强度有了不同程度的提高,提高了混凝土的抗渗能力。FS102 waterproof dense agent is a kind of concrete admixture can improve the compactness,permeability resistance of con- crete gel, reducing the early shrinkage of concrete, can effectively control improved of concrete cracks.The test based on different pro- portion of FS102 waterproof dense agent, research and analysis it effect to mechanical properties and the influence of the permeability grade of concrete. Results show that by adding FS102 waterproof dense agent mechanical properties, such as compressive strength, elastic modulus, splitting tensile strength, axial compression strength of concrete have different degrees of improvement, effectively reducing the early shrinkage of concrete, improve the ability of the impermeability of concrete.
