摘　　要：目的：建立天黄猴枣散中胆红素HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用CAPCELLPAK C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调节pH值至6.0）（13∶50∶37）为流动相,检测波长451nm。结果：胆红素在0.01931～1.9309μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;回收率为100.3%,RSD=2.5%（n=9）。结论：本法专属性强,简便快速,精密度良好。Objective To establish a method of determinating content of bilirubin in Tianhuang Houzao Powder by HPLC. Methods A CAPCELLPAK C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used with aeetonitril -menthol -0. 1% Phosphoric acid solution （adjust pH to 6. 0 with triethylamine ） （ 13：50：37 ） as the mobile phase. Detector wavelength was 451 nm. Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 01931 - 1. 9309μg. The mean recovery was 100. 3% , RSD =2. 5% （n =9）. Conclusion The method was sensitive, simple and accurate.
