摘　　要：在回顾中草药对乙型肝炎病毒作用的实验研究相关文献的基础上,分析中草药抑制乙型肝炎病毒的作用机制。分析表明中草药或通过抑制乙型肝炎病毒ccc DNA的复制,或作用于乙型肝炎病毒转录过程中的启动子及其与启动子结合的肝细胞核因子,或通过相关信号转导通路,或作用于热休克蛋白,从而产生抑制乙型肝炎病毒的作用。深入研究中草药治疗乙型肝炎病毒方面的机制,有利于新型抗乙型肝炎病毒药物的研发。Based on the reviews of the related literatures about the Chinese herb medicine against hepatitis B virus （HBV）, this paper summarizes the recent advances in the study of mechanism of Chinese herb medicine against HBV. Analysis shows that the anti - HBV mechanisms of anti - HBV mechanisms was focused on the inhibition of HBV cccDNA, promoter and hepatocyte nuclear factor in HBV transcription, relation signal transduction pathway and heat shock cognate 70. Elucidation of the mechanism of Chinese herb medicine against HBV will be contributed to development of new anti - HBV drugs in the future.
