宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察宫腹腔镜联合应用在治疗输卵管性不孕中的临床疗效。方法:选取90例输卵管性不孕患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各45例。观察组给予宫腹腔镜联合治疗,对照组给予宫腔镜插管通液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量明显大于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间则无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组输卵管复通率为90.80%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫内妊娠率为53.33%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组异位妊娠发生率为2.22%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕疗效确切,梗阻输卵管复通率及术后宫内妊娠率高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroseopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods 90 cases of patients with tubal infertility as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy while patients in the control group were treated with hysteroseopy intubations through liquid treatment. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the hospitalization time had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The re - pass rate of fallopian tube in the observation group was 90. 80% which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Incidence of intra- uterine pregnancy in the observation group was 53.33% , which was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The In- cidence of eetopie pregnancy in the observation group was 2. 22%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hysteroseopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility is accurate, the re - pass rate of obstruction of fallopian tube and the rate of postoperative pregnancy are high. This method is worthy of popularization and application.
