开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:选择80例重度混合痔患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组各40例,观察组采用开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术(TST),对照组行吻合器混合痔痔上粘膜环切吻合术(PPH),比较两组疗效。结果:观察组与对照组的治愈率分别为95%和85%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恢复时间、并发症情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔的疗效较好,且安全性高、并发症少以及恢复速度较快,适合在临床推广应用。Objective To split ring type selective mucosal resection treatment on severe hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid clinical curative effect observation. Methods In our hospital from October 2012 to January 2012 to accept the 80 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoid patients as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of observation group of patients with selective hemorrhoids mucosa resection （TST） , and the control group patients stapling hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid mucosa circumcision anastomosis （PPH）. After completion of the operation through the follow -up observations and evaluate its thera- peutic effects. Results after treatment, the observation group and control group cure rate were 95% and 85% respectively, the curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, in addition in the observation group of patients in recovery time and complications such as indicators were significantly better than the control group, difference has statistical signifi- cance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion open - loop type selective mucosal resection treatment on severe hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid o- verall better clinical curative effect, relative to other surgical method, has high safety, and disease and restore the advantages of fast speed, less suitable for widely in clinical application.
