公益性民间妇女组织政策环境及行动策略研究

摘　　要：文章通过对公益性民间妇女组织的实证研究,从政策空间、公益生态环境、妇女组织间合作、参与者四个层面分析影响公益性民间妇女组织发展的主要因素,探寻组织发展的行动策略。研究发现,公益性民间妇女组织发展面临的影响因素主要体现在法律政策空间存在张力、公益领域性别意识不足、妇女组织合作有待机制化以及女性组织人才流失等方面。在应对这些问题的过程中,公益性民间妇女组织充分发挥能动性,创新行动策略,包括探索本土化经验、扩大组织影响力、多方整合资源以及凝聚参与者等,这些在一定程度上影响了组织未来的发展路径。The paper analyzes the major influential factors on the development of philanthropic women＇s organizations from dimensions of policy space, philanthropic ecosystem, cooperation among women＇s organizations, and participating, and explores the action strategies of these organizations. The study found that the major influential factors could lie on policy tension, unawareness of gender in philanthropic ecosystem, lack of mechanism of cooperation among women＇s organizations and the outflew of women talents, etc. In tackling these problems, philanthropic women＇s organizations have developed action strategies including localization, decentralization, integration of multi-resources and expanding the scope of participation, which influences the developing path of these organizations to a certain extent
