摘　　要：随着我国计划生育政策的多次调整,多样化的避孕方式将成为保证女性及其家庭健康的热点。长效可逆避孕制剂(long-acting reversible contraceptives,LARCs)具有高效、安全和依从性好等特点,在目前长效避孕方法中应用广泛,是世界卫生组织(WHO)首推及各国政府大力倡导的避孕方法,适合大多妇女和青少年使用。国际权威机构认为LARCs包括皮下避孕埋植剂和宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)两种。本文对它们的研发历程、已上市及在研产品的剂型特点、临床研究进展等内容进行综述,并总结其发展趋势,提出有待改进的问题,为LARCs新产品的研究开发及更好的应用提供参考。As China further relaxed the family planning policy,diversified contraceptive methods needed arouse more and more concern,which can benefit the health of both the women and the whole family. Long-acting reversible contraceptives（ LARCs） are widely used currently owing to their high efficacy,safety and good compliance among the long acting contraceptive methods. They are appropriate for most women and adolescents,therefore strongly recommended by World Health Organization（ WHO） and governments worldwide. International authorities hold that LARCs include subcutaneous contraceptive implants and intrauterine device（ IUD）. This article gives a review on the research and development progress of LARCs,including the formulation characteristics of the listed products and their clinical research progress. Furthermore,the trends of their research and develpoment are summarized and several issues are proposed in the end. The information can provide a reference for the better research,development and clinical application of new products in this field.
