摘  要:采用机械共混法制备了导电炭黑(CCB)填充天然橡胶(NR)/环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)复合材料,研究了NR/ENR共混比对复合材料微观形貌和电磁性能的影响。扫描电镜结果表明,相比于纯的NR和ENR,CCB在NR/ENR中能形成更优的填料网络结构。随着共混胶中NR含量的增大,复合材料的电磁性能先增强后减弱;当NR/ENR比例为70∶30时,复合材料导电率、介电损耗因子、C波段吸波性能达到最值,分别为0.34S/m,0.31和-23.15dB;共混比对复合材料力学性能影响不大,能够满足复合材料在相关领域的应用需求。Conductive carbon black(CCB)-filled natural rubber(NR)/epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)composites was prepared by mechanical mixing,and the effect of NR/ENR blend ratio on microstructure and electromagnetic property of the resulted composite was investigated.Compared with pure NR and ENR,CCB was selectively located in NR phase for NR/ENR binary rubber blend due to its better compatibility with NR matrix.With the increase of NR content in NR/ENR,the electromagnetic property of composite rose at first and subsequently declined slightly.When the NR∶ENR ratio is 70∶30,the electrical conductivity,dielectric loss and reflection loss of composite reaches the optimum values of 0.34S/m,0.31and-23.15 dB,respectively.Blend ratio shows an inconspicuous influence on the mechanical property of composite,which can endow the composites with some potential applications.
