摘 要:采用预置芯等方法对重力SHS法制备的陶瓷内衬层厚度进行控制,研究预置芯大小、SiO_2添加量等对陶瓷层厚度与组织的影响,考察冷却工艺对陶瓷层组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着预置芯直径增大,陶瓷层厚度先增大后减小;在预置芯直径一定的情况下,随着SiO_2含量的增加,陶瓷层厚度增加。添加适宜的SiO_2有利于获得组织细小而致密的陶瓷层。冷却速度快,凝固组织细化,陶瓷层硬度高;冷却速度慢,熔体分离充分,陶瓷层组织均匀,陶瓷层和钢管结合更加紧密,抗热震性能好。The thickness of ceramic lining prepared by gravitational SHS was controlled with the preset core.The effects of the core size and amount of SiO_2 on the thickness and microstructure,and also the cooling process on the microstructure and property of the ceramic lining were investigated.The results show that the thickness of the ceramic lining increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of the core size;and the thickness increase with increasing of the amount of SiO_2 with a certain core size.To obtain a fine and dense ceramic lining,a suitable amount of SiO_2 is needed.With a high cooling rate,the solidified microstructure is fine and the hardness of the ceramic lining is high;with a low cooling rate,separation of the melts is sufficient,the microstructure of the ceramic lining is uniform,and the combination between the ceramic lining and the steel pipe is better,and thus the thermal shock resistance is good.
