摘 要:水泥窑灰(CKD)作为生产水泥的副产品,其巨大的年产量和对环境的污染危害受到了越来越多的重视。由于CKD具有火山灰特性,能够改善土的工程特性,这为解决膨胀土工程问题提供了新的途径。该文对膨胀土以及添加不同比例CKD的膨胀土-CKD混合物进行了化学成分测试、水理性质试验和标准击实试验,探讨CKD作为膨胀土路基改良剂的可行性。在不同CKD添加比例条件下,对膨胀土以及CKD改良后膨胀土的基本物理性质、水理性质和击实性质结果的分析表明,随着掺灰率的增大,混合物塑性指数逐渐降低,最优含水率也随之减小,最大干密度增大,这说明向膨胀土中添加CKD可以改善膨胀土的击实性质。Cement kiln dust(CKD) as a byproduct of the production of cement has been given more and more attention,due to its huge annual production and the harm to environmental pollution.CKD has the nature of pozzolanic effect,can improve the engineering properties of the soil.This provides a new way for both improving the use of CKD and solving the problem of expansive soil engineering provides.So in this paper,chemical composition analysis,water properties test,and standard compaction tests have been conducted on expansive soils and expansive soils-CKD mixtures with different CKD content ratio,to study the feasibility of CKD as a modified material for expansive soil roadbed.The analysis of the results on the basic physical properties,water-physical property and the compaction properties have been given,and the results show that with the increase of CKD content ratio the plasticity index decrease,the optimum moisture content is also reduced,while the maximum dry density is increased.It indicated that adding CKD to expansive soil can improve its compaction properties.
