摘　　要：目的 ：研制一台特诊检验方舱,具备应急医院所需的心电图、B超检查和血、尿等的常规临床检验功能。方法 ：以一个50床应急流动医院的功能和作业能力要求为依据,确定与之匹配的特诊检查和临床检验所需的参数指标和作业能力,据此进行特诊检验方舱的功能、布局、结构、人机工程、微环境及信息系统设计。结果：依据设计方案制造了特诊检验方舱,能够完成不少于300人/24 h的临床检验和25~30例/24 h的特诊检查。结论：该方舱布局设计合理,可操作性好,能够满足设计指标要求。Objective To develop a specific diagnosis and clinical laboratory shelter to hold the equipment for ECG, B-type uhrasonography as well as clinical laboratory examinations such as the ones for blood and urine. Methods The requirements of a 50-bed emergency hospital for the function and operational capability were explored to determine consistent missions in specific diagnosis and clinical laboratory examinations, and then the functions, allocation, structure, ergonomics, microenvironment and information system of the shelter were designed accordingly. Results The shelter developed had the ability to complete 300-person clinical laboratory examinations and 25- to 30-person specific diagnosis in a day. Conclusion The shelter behaves well in aloocation and maneuverability, and meets the desired requirements.
