摘 要:目的 :设计一种连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)置换液配液智能控制装置。方法:该装置主要包括单片机、电磁阀、空气探测器、重力传感器、无线传输装置等,采用单片机智能控制系统通过无线传输装置控制电磁阀进行配液,同时利用空气探测器及重力传感器监控配液过程。结果:该装置能够根据不同患者的需求,精确配置个体化置换液。结论:该装置使用方便,可精确配制各种不同个性化置换液,有效降低医护人员的工作量,降低医疗成本,值得推广。Objective To design an intelligent control device for the displacement solution of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Methods The system mainly included the single chip microcomputer, solenoid valve, air detector, gravity sensor and wireless transmission device. The intelligent control system was used to control the electromagnetic valve with the wireless transmission device, and solution preparation was monitored with the air detector and gravity sensor. Results The device could be configured based on the needs of different patients to realize accurate allocation of individual replacement fluid. Conclusion The device is convenient to use, and can be used to prepare the replacement fluid according to the needs of different patients. It can effectively reduce the workload of medical staffs and medical cost, and thus is worth promoting widely.
