软体输液瓶与西林瓶间配药连接器的研发

摘　　要：目的 :研发一种配药连接器,用于连接软体输液瓶与西林瓶,实现全封闭、无污染的药液配制。方法 :配药连接器由瓶塞穿刺器、通道口、防脱锥、握指器和空心通道5个部分构成,整体由丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂一次注射成型。使用时,将软体输液瓶和西林瓶瓶塞分别插入配药连接器两端的瓶塞穿刺器,形成密闭的输液配制系统。通过反复挤压、松弛软体输液瓶外壁,利用软体输液瓶与针剂药瓶之间的压强变化及药液自身重力,促使药液在软体输液瓶与针剂药瓶间流动而实现输液配制。结果:使用该配药连接器操作过程简便,可使输液配制系统全封闭、输液配制时间缩短,而且药品几乎不浪费,对人体也无伤害,解决了软体输液瓶和西林瓶易滑掉的问题。结论:该配药连接器节能环保,更安全有效,其开发、生产、应用前景广泛。Objective To develop a dispensing connector between soft infusion bottle and schering bottle to realize fully closed and pollution-free medical solution preparation. Methods The connector was composed of two bottle stopper puncturers, a channel opening, an anti-fallout cone, a holding mechanism and a hollow channel, which was made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene （ABS） resin and by one-step injection forming. When taken into practice, the connector had the puneturers at both ends connected with the soft infusion bottle and schering bottle to form a closed solution preparation system. The wall of the infusion bottle was extruded repeatedly, and then medical solution came into being and flew between the infusion bottle and the powder injection bottle with the pressure changes between the two bottles and the gravity of medical solution. Results The connector implemented simple and closed medical solution preparation, with time shortened and medicine saved while the damage to human and the fallout of soft infusion bottle and schering bottle prevented. Conclusion The dispensing connector is environment-protection, effective and safe, and thus worthy developing, producing and applying practically.
