摘　　要：目的 :设计一种野战和应急救援时使用的具有加压功能的采输血器。方法 :该采输血器包括采血、输血2个部分,采血部分由采血针头、采血管路、采血水止等组成,输血部分由输血针头、输血管路、输血水止、输血过滤器等组成。袋体使用聚乙烯材料,集成采血和输血管路,经热压熔合而成。结果:在大量失血伤员不能及时后送的救治中使用该采输血器,可发挥紧急救治的作用。结论:该采输血器具有采血、输血功能,具有较强的适用性、有效性和可操作性。Objective To design a pressurized apparatus for blood collection and transfusion under field and emergency conditions. Methods The transfusion set was composed of a main body and two parts for blood collection and transfusion respectively. The blood collection part included a pinhead, pipeline and etc, and the blood transfusion part consisted of a pinhead, pipeline, filter and etc. The main body of the set was made of polyethylene PE and hot embossing. Results The transfusion set could be used for en route emergency treatment of hemorrhea patient. Conclusion The blood collection and transfusion set has high applicability, effectiveness and operability.
