摘　　要：目的 :设计一种利于分类后送的迷彩服上衣胸前口袋,提高战时伤病员分类后送的效率。方法 :利用U型拉链及双向拉扣,将迷彩服上衣胸前口袋设计为底部U型开口结构,同时在口袋盖上配合使用魔术贴伤标及分类牌。口袋本体采用防水材料设计,伤标及分类牌外也包覆有防水材料层。结果:通过改进迷彩服胸前口袋的开口方式与伤标及分类牌悬挂方式,有效缩短了伤病员的分类后送时间。结论:该设计使用方便、操作简单,能有效提高各级救治机构分类后送的时效性,值得推广。Objective To design a chest pocket for battle fatigues to facilitate casualty classified evacuation. Methods An U- shaped zipper and a two-way clasp were used to form an U-shaped open-ended mechanism at the bottom of the pocket, and Velcro, wound mark and triage tag were placed at the lid. The pocket was made of waterproofing material, and the wound mark and triage tag were both covered with waterproofing material. Results The time for casualty classified evacuation was shortened by the improvement of the opening mode of the pocket as well as the placement of the wound mark and triage tag.Conclusion The pocket developed can enhance the efficacy of casualty classified evacuation in levels of medical facilities, and thus is worthy popularizing practically.
