摘　　要：目的 :设计开发一种应用于部队伤病员管理的信息系统,实现伤病员闭环式管理。方法 :利用ASP.NET开发平台和SQL Server 2008数据库技术,设计并实现涵盖"院前-院中-院后"整个就医流程的闭环式部队伤病员管理系统。结果:该系统实现了基层单位与医院关于伤病员的信息交流。结论:该系统不仅优化了基层单位送医流程,使得基层单位能实时接收到来自医院对于伤病员的信息反馈,医院也能在伤病员出院后得到基层单位反馈的随访信息,提高了行政管理水平,提升了医疗质量。Objective To develop a military casualty management information system to realize closed-loop casualty management. Methods ASP.NET platform and SQL Server 2008 database technology were used to design and construct a closed loop system covering the whole flow of pre-hospital, hospital and post-discharge treatment. Results The system realized the information communication between the primary unit and hospital. Conclusion The system optimizes the flow the primary unit transfers the casualty to the hospital, makes the primary unit receive the information feedback on the casualty from the hospital and facilitates the hospital to obtain the information on post-discharge follow-up from the primary unit.
