摘　　要：探讨消毒灭菌设备维护管理工作中必须注重的重要环节和关键环节。采用医学工程学、卫生事业管理学和医院感染管理学相关理论和方法,详细分析开展消毒灭菌设备日常维护管理工作的必要性、重要性和根本目的。通过对医院已有和近期新购消毒灭菌设备使用情况的定期或不定期检查,同时也根据对其他单位相关设备管理情况的综合分析,总结出在消毒灭菌设备维护管理工作中必须注重的4个关键环节,对开展消毒灭菌设备日常维护管理工作具有重要的意义。The essential links in disinfection equipment maintenance management were explored, and the necessity, importance and objectives of disinfection equipment daily maintenance management were analyzed with the theories and methods of medical engineering, health services management and hospital infection management. Four essential links in disinfection equipment management were summarized based on periodical or casual inspection of disinfection equipment as well as the experience of other institutions, which were of great significance for disinfection equipment daily maintenance man- agement.
