医用耗材分类编码和管理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的 :为了有利于医用耗材管理标准或规范准则的制订及医疗卫生单位医用耗材的规范化管理,研究医用耗材从用途、价值等多角度的分类编码方法和分类管理策略。方法:通过对现有的医用耗材分类编码规则特点原理的分析,结合耗材管理中的"零库存"管理策略按照卫生材料、器材消耗和高值耗材管理方法对耗材进行研究。结果:医用耗材并没有强制性统一规范的编码方式,各医疗卫生单位对医用耗材的编码和管理方法根据自身的管理规模具有较大的差异。结论:医用耗材合理的分类是有效编码和管理的前提,对现有耗材分类、编码的研究分析对今后的耗材统一编码和分类管理具有一定的指导意义。Objective To explore the classified coding and management of medical consumables from the aspects of use, value and etc so as to facilitate the establishment of medical consumables management standards and regulations and the standardized medical consumables management in medical institutions. Methods The existing medical consumables classified coding rules were analyzed, and medical consumables were classified as medical material, consumables for equipment and high-value consumable with zero inventory management strategy. Results There was no compulsory regulation for medical consumables, and the medical institutions differed in the coding and management of medical consumables. Conclusion Classification of medical consumables lays a foundation for their coding and management, the research on the classification and coding of medical consumables is of great significance for unified coding and classified management.
