摘  要:为研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对蒙古黄芪生理代谢的影响,以绿茎(L07-22)和紫茎(Z09-1)2个蒙古黄芪新品系幼苗为试验材料,通过测定盐胁迫下植株的生长和生理特性指标,揭示其对盐胁迫的响应。结果表明,在较高浓度NaCl处理下,蒙芪L07-22和蒙芪Z09-1幼苗相对含水量显著降低。随着NaCl浓度的增加,蒙芪L07-22和蒙芪Z09-1幼苗相对电导率和细胞膜伤害率增加,幼苗的半致死NaCl浓度分别为150mmol·L^(-1)和130mmol·L^(-1)。蒙芪L07-22和蒙芪Z09-1幼苗丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量随NaCl浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,幼苗MDA含量在250mmol·L^(-1) NaCl处理下达到最大,分别是各自对照的2.5和3.5倍,而在200mmol·L^(-1) NaCl处理下可溶性糖含量达到最大,分别是各自对照的1.1和1.5倍。蒙芪L07-22和蒙芪Z09-1幼苗的膜结构在盐胁迫下受到一定程度的损伤,其幼苗盐敏感损伤浓度为100~250mmol·L^(-1)。二者相比而言,蒙芪L07-22在测定的多数指标中表现出更高的苗期耐盐性。In order to study the effects of different NaCl concentrations on the physiological metabolism of Astragalus membranaceus,seedling of the two new strains(Meng Qi L07-22 and Meng Qi Z09-1)were used as test materials.And to reveal responses of two Mongolia A.membranaceus to salt stress,some plant growth physiological indices were measured.The results showed that relative water contents of the seedlings of two new strains significantly reduced under high concentration of NaCl treatments.With the increase of NaCl concentration,relative electric conductivity and membrane lipid peroxidation increased in Meng Qi L07-22 and Meng Qi Z09-1 seedlings,and the half lethal concentration of NaCl were 150 and 130mmol·L-1,respectively.The MDA and soluble sugar contents of the seedlings increased and then decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration.The MDA content of Meng Qi L07-22 and Meng Qi Z09-1seedlings reached the peak values in 250mmol·L-1NaCl,2.5and 3.5folds to the control,respectively.At the same time,soluble sugar content reached the peak values in NaCl concentration of 200mmol·L-1,1.1and 1.5folds to the control,respectively.It was suggested that membrane structures of Meng Qi L07-22 and Meng Qi Z09-1seedlings were damaged to a certainty degree under salt stress,and salt-sensitive damage concentrations were 100-250mmol·L-1.In contrast,Meng Qi L07-22 showed higher seedling salttolerance in the majority of measured indicators.
