摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成的H6P2W18O62/SiO_2为催化剂,高效催化环己酮、苯甲醛和苯胺的Mannish反应,三组分"一锅法"合成2-(1-苯胺基)苯甲基-环己酮.研究考察了H6P2W18O62/SiO_2对Mannish反应的催化活性,系统地研究了催化剂用量、反应物的摩尔比、反应温度等因素对产物收率的影响.最佳反应条件为:在催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的10%,n(环己酮)∶n(苯甲醛)∶n(苯胺)为1.5∶1.0∶1.2,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为12 h的最佳条件下,产品最高收率为67.6%.Phosphotungstic acids with Dawson structure( H6P2W18O62) supported on SiO2 were prepared by sol- gel method. Mannish reaction,catalytic cyclohexanone and benzaldehyde and aniline,the three groups divided into "one pot" synthesis of 2-( 1- amino)- benzene methyl cyclohexanone. The catalytic activity of H6P2W18O62/SiO2 to Mannish was investigated. The effects of the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and other factors on the yield of the product were systematically studied. The optimized conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of the catalyst to total reactant was 10%,n( cyclohexanone) ∶ n( benzaldehyde) ∶ n(aniline) = 1. 5 ∶ 1. 0 ∶ 1. 2,the reaction temperature was 20 ℃,and the reaction time was 12 h. The yield of the product could reach 67. 6% under the optimum conditions.
