摘　　要：从现有文献所揭示的概念内涵看,我国体育(管理)体制在属性-特征、主体和属概念等方面均带有较强的时代痕迹。提出:新时期体育(管理)体制相关限定中应淡化行政、权限和传统管理因素,引入多元主体,吸收当代治理理论、服务型政府建设的有关理念;体育体制与体育管理体制的混用不合逻辑,且与宏观"体制"概念不兼容,应予以分化;体育体制及其改革应在当前宏观"体制"类型框架中寻求自身的归属和定位,可将体育体制的主体部分纳入社会体制。The present literature show s that the sports（ management） system in China has its historical trace concerning the definition connotations such as attribute-feature,subject-class,and etc. The study proposes that traditional elements such as administrative pow er and management should be w eakened; plural subjects should be introduced to absorb the concept of contemporary theory and service-oriented government. On one hand,sports system and sports management system should be divided as they are mixed up and incompatible w ith the macro definition of ＂system＂thus leading to the appropriate logic. Sports system and its reform should find its attribution in the framew ork of macro ＂system ＂; on the other hand,the main body of sport system can be incorporated into the social system.
