摘　　要：针对某船用柴油机出现的窜气故障,通过运用油液分析技术准确判断出窜气故障的原因和故障部位,在结合实际情况的基础上,选用了一种新型柴油机维修技术——金属磨损自修复技术,对窜气故障进行了不拆解修理,并运用油液分析技术对维修效果进行评判,发现利用金属磨损自修复技术修理柴油机磨损故障效果良好,具有较好的应用前景。Aiming at gas leakage in a marine diesel engine,the reason and fault location of gas leakage were judged by oil monitoring technology. On the basis of the actual situation,the maintenance technology of metal wear self-repairing is selected to repair the gas leakage through non-disassembly. The effect of repair is evaluated by oil monitoring technology. What＇s more,it has been found that metal wear self-repairing technology can achieve good result in repairing the diesel engine wear fault,which has a good prospect in application.
