解决铁路中转旅客站内换乘问题的探讨

摘　　要：长期以来,我国铁路客运站一直存在中转旅客重复进出站、换乘极为不便的问题,而且没有得到足够的重视,大大降低了铁路客运特别是高速铁路客运的服务质量和效率。文章通过对当前中转旅客换乘存在问题及原因进行分析,提出解决旅客站内中转换乘问题的关键是高度重视换乘问题,建立站内换乘的合理流线,以最短的行程、最少的时间完成换乘的观点;并从优化客运站总平面布置图、完善客运建筑规划设计、既有客运站优化补强以及运营管理等方面初步提出了应对的措施,供同行借鉴、参考,以期能使铁路客运站为广大中转旅客提供更优质的服务,达到更好地满足社会需求的目的。The problems of passenger getting in and out of station repeatedly and transfer inconvenience have existed in the passenger station of our country for a long time. The service quality and efficiency of railway passenger transport especially of high- speed railway were greatly reduced because of the problems were not taken seriously. In this paper,the viewpoints of highly emphasizing on transfer in passenger station,building reasonable transfer line and completing transfer by shortest distance and minimum time are put forward through the analyses of this existing problems and reasons. Meanwhile,the countermeasures are also put forward from optimizing general layout of passenger station,perfecting the planning and design passenger station constructions, strengthening the existing passenger station,improving operation management efficiency and so on,which can be referenced by peer researchers. It is expected thatthe railway passenger station can provide better service to satisfy social demand better.
