摘 要:高速铁路基础设施养护维修采用综合维修管理体制有利于资源整合、统一管理。国外高速铁路项目工程设计有其特殊性,铁路基础设施综合维修的规模、功能定位和业主需求与国内项目设计有较大差异。本文通过对高速铁路养护维修UIC标准、美国标准及中国标准的分析,结合国外高速铁路综合维修设计实例,提出了综合维修中心、综合维修车间和综合维修工区的三级综合维修基地设置方案。并就综合维修中心关键设备的配置及检修、总图布置和主要设施等进行设计研究。结合国外项目特点,通过综合维修中心与机车车辆检修基地的优化设置,将大型养路机械及其他轨行车辆与机车车辆的检修基地合并设置,以实现设施共享。Infrastructure maintenance of high speed railway using comprehensive maintenance management system is conducive to the integration of resources and unified management. The design of foreign high speed railway project has its own peculiarities,the comprehensive maintenance scale,function and owners' needs are quite different from the domestic project design. Based on the analysis on UIC standard,American standard and Chinese standard,combined with the design example of comprehensive maintenance of foreign high speed railway,a setting proposal of three- level maintenance base including comprehensive maintenance center, comprehensive maintenance workshop and comprehensive maintenance work area is put forward. Research on design of the configuration and maintenance of critical equipment,general layout and main facilities for comprehensive maintenance center is done,and Combing with the characteristics of foreign projects,by optimizing the comprehensive maintenance center and rolling stock maintenance base and setting the maintenance facility of the large maintenance machinery and other track rolling stock together with rolling stock maintenance base to achieve shared facilities.
