摘　　要：本文通过对出租车资源利用率的相关性分析,确定了影响出租车资源配置的评价指标体系,进而构建了出租车运营系统综合评价指数模型;作为应用,以昆山市为例,基于功效系数评价法的衡量标准,分析了该市不同时空的出租车资源"供求匹配"程度.针对打车软件公司为缓解"打车难"所推出的出租车补贴方案,建立了基于需求的出租车市场的平衡模型,分析了现行补贴方案的合理性与不足;最后,通过建立多目标规划模型,创建新的打车软件服务平台,设计出新的补贴方案,对"互联网+"时代出租车资源配置进行了优化.In this paper,according to correlation analysis of taxi resource utilization,the evaluation index system which influences the taxi resources allocation are determined,and then a comprehensive evaluation model is established to the taxi operation system; as an application,considering Kunshan ＇s taxi operation system,based on efficacy coefficient evaluation criteria. It analyzes the city ＇s taxi resources supply and demand＂match＂on different time and space. In order to solve the problem of＂alleviating a taxi＂,several taxi subsidy schemes have been carried out by the taxi software company,a taxi market equilibrium model is established to analyze the rationality and deficiency of current subsidy scheme; finally,through the establishment of multi-objective programming model,a new taxi software service platform is created to design a new subsidy program,and the taxi resource configuration is optimized on ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ era.
