摘  要:温升对断路器的性能有着重要影响,是断路器设计时重点考虑的指标之一。笔者以某型10k V/5k A的真空直流断路器作为研究对象,通过热电耦合法对其进行了温度场数值模拟,与温升试验结果高度吻合。此后,探讨了散热器的配置位置以及强迫风冷方式对该型断路器温升分布的影响,最后提出了针对该断路器行之有效的温升改善措施。本文对真空断路器的散热设计有一定的参考意义。The temperature rise has an important influence on the performance of the circuit breaker, so it is one of the key factors in the design of circuit breaker. Regarding a 10 kV/5kA vacuum DC circuit breaker as the research object, the author carries out a numerical simulation of temperature field by thermoelectric coupling method, and the simulation results are highly consistent with the temperature rise test result. Thereafter, the author discusses the influence of the configuration position of the radiator and the forced air cooling mode on the temperature rise distribution of the circuit breaker. Finally, the improvement measures of temperature rise for the circuit breaker are put forward. This paper has a certain reference value for the thermal design of vacuum circuit breaker.
