彭氏多功能手术解剖器在会厌囊肿切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在可视电子支撑喉镜下分别采用彭氏多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)切除会厌囊肿与单纯切除会厌囊肿的疗效及其优劣。方法将99例会厌囊肿按照手术方式分为2组,分别为PMOD切除组和单纯切除组。所有手术均在全身麻醉可视电子支撑喉镜下操作。术后随访6个月,比较2组的疗效、术中止血时间、手术操作时间。结果 2组患者均治愈,差异无统计学意义。PMOD切除组与单纯切除组比较,前者术中止血时间[(8.0±1.7)min]、手术时间[(15.0±1.2)min]明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视电子支撑喉镜下采用PMOD切除与单纯切除都是治疗会厌囊肿的有效方法,但是采用PMOD切除具有出血少、视野清晰、手术时间短、不增加患者费用等优点,值得在基层医院推广使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Peng’ s multifunctional operative dissector（ PMOD） resection under visual electronic laryngoscope or simple excision on epiglottic cyst. Methods Ninety-nine cases of epiglottic cyst were randomly divided into two groups： the PMOD resection group and the simple excision group.All the patients were treated under general anesthesia and visual electronic laryngoscope. After a follow-up of 6 months,the total efficiency,operation time and intraoperative bleeding time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate had no significant difference between the two groups. The intraoperative bleeding time,operation time were shortened in the PMOD group than those in the simple excision group,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusions PMOD resection under a electronic visual laryngoscope and simple cyst resection are all effective for epiglottic cysts. But the PMOD resection had less bleeding,clear vision,shorter operation time,and didn’t increase the patients’ cost,which was worth to be promoted in the primary hospital.
