清鼻汤对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术后疾病愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清鼻汤对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（CRS）患者鼻内镜手术（FESS）后患者疾病愈合的影响。方法选取2013年3月~2015年3月在本院接受FESS的110例CRS患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。2组患者均接受FESS。术后对照组给予鼻用激素、常规抗生素和鼻腔冲洗治疗;观察组在此基础上加服清鼻汤,疗程8周。术后随访3个月,比较2组患者鼻塞/流涕减轻、嗅觉恢复、术腔黏膜水肿减轻和囊泡消失的时间。结果观察组患者治疗后鼻塞/流涕减轻、嗅觉恢复、黏膜水肿减轻及囊泡消失时间均较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上配合使用清鼻汤可有效缓解CRS患者FESS后的各种症状,促进鼻腔、鼻窦黏膜的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of nose-clearing decoction on the healing of chronic rhinosinusitis（ CRS） after functional endoscopic sinus surgery（ FESS）. Methods One hundred and ten patients with CRS hospitalized from March 2013 to March 2015 were included in the study. All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in bech group. All patients had accepted FESS. After the surgery,patients of the control group were treated with intranasal corticosteroids,antibiotics and nasal irrigation for 8 weeks. And the cases of the observation group accepted the same treatment combined with the oral administration of nose-clearing decoction for 8 weeks. After the follow-up of 3 months,the times of nasal obstruction / running nose all eviating,the olfaction recovery,the mucosal edema lightening and the vesical disappearing were compared between the two groups.Results All the observation times of the observation group were significantly shortened compared with those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Nose-clearing decoction could effectively all eviate the symptoms and promote the recovery of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa.
