摘 要:针对配电网供电可靠性评估无法兼顾定量计算和工程实用性的难题,给出了一种基于网络可靠性特征模式划分的配电网供电可靠性快速评估方法,突破了传统计算模型对大规模全域配电网可靠性评估的局限性。采用中国电科院开发的配电网规划计算分析软件(DPCAS),对7种典型网架结构进行精确建模并计算其在不同参数下的供电可靠性,结合配电网供电可靠性快速评估方法,可实现对全域配电网供电可靠性的评估分析。通过对某市配电网2020年供电可靠性评估,展示了该评估方法在定量、快速计算方面的优势和工程实用性。To solve the balance problem of quantitative calculation and engineering practicability in power supply reliability evaluation, a quick assessment method based on network reliability characteristic mode division is proposed, which breaks the limitations of traditional computing model in large-scale distribution network reliability evaluation. Seven kinds of typical structure models are established using Distribution Planning and Calculation &Analysis Software(DPCAS) developed by China Electric Power Research Institute(CEPRI). Then, with the quick assessment method, power supply reliability evaluation results of whole domain can be obtained. The proposed method is applied to an urban distribution network power supply reliability evaluation in 2020 year. The results showed the advantages of this method are the quantitative and fast calculation, and the engineering practicability.
