摘 要:智能电网状态监测系统需要满足全局状态信息监测的需求,并且能够对各设备进行统筹分析,以及提供一个可靠的、统一的状态监测平台。然而,现有的监测平台多以单机形式运行,无法共享资源,且功能单一,配置复杂,应急措施较差。文章提出一种分布式云化智能电网状态监测体系,该体系将电网状态监测系统进行虚拟化,通过云平台对监测系统统筹管理,动态分配监控资源,采用分布方式获取全局状态监测信息,具有动态可扩展性,且能针对突发事件采取应急方案。The smart grid state monitoring system should provide a realizable and unifi ed state monitoring platform which can satisfy the global state information monitoring requirements and can carry out overall analysis of devices. However, most platforms run on the off-line computer, they cannot share the resource, their functions are single, confi guration is complex, and emergency measures are poor. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a distributed and clouding state monitoring system for smart grid. The system virtualized the power grid state monitoring system, managed the virtual system through the cloud platform, and allocated monitoring resource dynamically. In the system, distributed structure is used to acquire the global state monitoring information and provide dynamic scalability. The system also has the ability to deal with an emergency.
