摘　　要：调度员培训仿真系统(Dispatcher Training System,DTS)是电网调度员培训的主要手段之一。为了实现电网联合反事故演习和培训各级调度和运行人员,文章对传统的集中式DTS存在的弊端进行了深入分析,提出了以Web方式对DTS进行系统结构和软件功能改造,介绍了以Web方式构建的DTS的基本特征,以及在联合反事故演习和广域化培训中的应用。通过改造,实现了DTS资源共享,拓展了DTS的应用范围,提高了电网调度的智能化水平。The dispatcher training system（DTS） is one of the main means of grid dispatcher training. To improve the training effect of the DTS, this paper performs an in-depth analysis of the disadvantages of traditional centralized DTS and proposes a web-based approach for improving the system structure and software functions of DTS, then introduces its basic features and application in joint anti-accident exercises. By the improvement, the DTS resources share is achieved and its application range is expanded, eventually the intelligent level of the power grid dispatching is improved.
