摘 要:移动支架造桥机节段预制拼装桥梁已在铁路建设当中占据重要地位。结合宝兰客运专线桥—隧—桥相连施工工况,采用SX24/48m/1 500t型上行式移动支架造桥机,介绍该设备在进隧道前变跨架设、穿行隧道以及出隧道后箱梁变跨架设的方法及工艺,即通过对该移动支架造桥机简单的改造,来实现箱梁隧道进出口零距离节段拼装梁架设。实践证明,该方法很好解决了进出隧道首末孔架设难题,适用于众多桥型,为高山峡谷地区桥—隧—桥相连这种复杂工况中移动支架造桥机施工提供借鉴。The application of the uplink-type mobile-bracket bridge erector to erecting assembled segment-precast bridges is now playing an important role in railway construction.With the construction situation of a bridge-tunnel-linked project of the BaoLan Passengers-oriented Railway as the engineering background,introduced in the paper are processes and methods in the application of Type-SX24/48m/1500t uplink-type bridge erector to the span-varying erecting construction prior to entering the tunnel,going through the tunnel,and the span-varying erection out of the tunnel.Of course,the erector is slightly altered in order to realize the zero-distance assembling and erection of the segment-assembled box girder into and out of the tunnel.Construction practice proves that the method well solves the difficult problem of erecting the first and the last spans into and out of the tunnel.The construction method is applicable to many different types of bridges.It may serve as a useful reference for the application of the uplink-type mobile-bracket bridge erector to the construction of other bridge-tunnel-linked projects in either high mountain regions or deep valleys.
